What kind of shop is this?

Epileptic Al’s Shop is a small, U.S.-based online shop offering cat-themed and epilepsy-awareness designs. Many items are inspired by Al, a cat who lived with epilepsy, and are created to keep awareness, curiosity, and conversation going.

Are your items made to order?

Yes. Many of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners. That means your item is created after you place your order, just for you. It helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide variety of designs.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is always free on U.S. orders. No codes, no minimums.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations may be limited once production has started. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Depending on the situation and the item, a return may or may not be required. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there’s an issue, contact us promptly with details and photos if possible. We’ll review the situation and work toward a fair solution.

No. At this time, all items are sold as one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options.

The shop itself is not a registered charity, but it exists to promote epilepsy awareness through art, storytelling, and conversation. Every item sold helps keep that mission visible.
