How can I check the status of my order?

If you'd like to check on your order, simply provide your order number. If you don't have it available, your name or the email address used during checkout will usually help us locate your order. Once we find your order, we'll be happy to provide the latest status and tracking information, if available.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Because most of our products are made to order, production typically takes 1 to 5 business days before an item ships. Most customers receive their orders within 1 to 2 weeks, although delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet?

Most products at EpilepticAL.com are made specifically for you after your order is placed. This print-on-demand process allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs without maintaining a large inventory. If your order is still within the estimated production timeframe, it's likely being created and prepared for shipment.

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Because most items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work to make it right.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once production begins, cancellations usually cannot be accommodated because your item is being made specifically for you.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods through Shopify's trusted checkout system, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment options that may be available based on your location and device. All transactions are processed securely, and EpilepticAL.com does not store your payment information.

Many items are produced and shipped from facilities within the United States, while some products or product components may be sourced or fulfilled through facilities in other countries, depending on the item and production partner.

Yes. EpilepticAL.com is an independently owned small business based in Alabama. While our products are produced through trusted fulfillment partners, our designs, collections, customer service, and day-to-day business operations are managed right here in the United States.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping costs, if any, for special circumstances or future shipping options will always be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, EpilepticAL.com ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, but international shipping is not currently available.
