Thank you for shopping with EpilepticAL.com. Because most of our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand production partners, our return and refund policies differ from those of traditional retail stores.
Made-to-Order Products
Most items are produced specifically for you after an order is placed. For that reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

We will review the issue and work with our production partners to provide an appropriate resolution.
Replacements
If a manufacturing defect, printing error, damage during production, or fulfillment mistake is confirmed, we may provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
Replacement requests are subject to review and approval.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued when a replacement is not possible or when otherwise deemed appropriate after review.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain a production error.
Order Cancellations
Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
