Thank you for shopping with EpilepticAL.com. Because most of our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand production partners, orders often enter production shortly after they are placed.
Requesting an Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted for production.
Orders Not Yet in Production
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already in Production
Once an item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible. Because products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot stop or reverse the manufacturing process after production begins.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you experience an issue with your order after delivery, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy or contact us for assistance.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please provide:
