Thank you for shopping with EpilepticAL.com. Because most of our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand production partners, shipping times may differ from those of traditional retail stores. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most items are produced after an order is placed. Production typically begins within 1 to 5 business days, although processing times may vary depending on the product, season, and order volume.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping Times

Most customers receive their orders within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Production partner

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier delays

  • Seasonal demand and holidays

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Any available expedited shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be produced by different fulfillment partners or at different facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments related to the same order.

International Shipping

At this time, EpilepticAL.com ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to make changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

EpilepticAL.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
